I paid $390 shipped just before Christmas, but want to get rid of this ASAP so I can put the cash towards my Alpine double-din/blackbird setup, so I am asking: For this reason, I highly recommend professional installation. The front stage was getting 100W/channel, the rears were getting 50W/channel and the subs were 300W bridged mono at 2 ohms. Reason being is that the subs I have cannot be wired up to take full advantage of the 705s 400W high current mode, but they can be setup to get that power from the PPI.Īnyway, as expected, since this is an older amp the heatsink is relatively scratched up. I actually just picked this up a few weeks ago and have been running it in the e39, but I decided to go back to my PPI PC650. I'm selling my Soundstream Reference 705s.
